  The woman who answers the phone is very very rude. For a place that is suppose to comfort , she has no knowledge of what that means. I spoke with her in June and now in January for some follow-up information and her attitude is the same. I would have given 0 stars if that was an option. I have friends that own a funeral home in my home town and they assisted more than she could.
